Coaching Offer

I offer six transformational coaching sessions which usually run on a weekly basis. Coaching allows you space to look at an aspect of your life you feel needs changing or perhaps improving. I use active listening, questioning and conversation to allow you to find the answers within yourself, empowering you to make changes in your life. Most sessions you will have some actions to take to make changes towards the life you wish to live.

Throughout the sessions we look at many aspects that may be getting in the way of getting you from A to B. Beliefs, values, feelings, behaviour patterns are among these aspects

What are beliefs?

Beliefs are thoughts that over time have built up to become a part of you and effect how you operate in life. Beliefs come from parents, society & life experience, they can have a positive or negative effect on you and your life. A good coach will be listening out for negative or conflicting beliefs that could be holding you back from allowing you to move from where you are now to where you want to be. A good coach is there to challenge those beliefs, to help shift mental perspectives, to support you to align to truth, to believe in you and the changes you desire!
